Home offer too low? or reasonable?

I went to zillow.com and typed in the address of every home that we were interested in. It is not "exact" by any means. But it gives you a better idea:) It also shows the price it was purchased for if the tax records are public in that area. I was looking at homes around 200k and zillow estimated most of them at 160-180. Hope that helps!
