Ok, advice please.....?

My 7 week old son has literally (and I mean this literally) slept a wink all day long since about 9 this morning. He isn't really fussy, but it is now 10:40, he just had a bottle, he dozed off, and after he burped he opened his eyes and is now wide awake again just looking around. I have him swaddled, he has his pacifier, he was changed, but just doesn't seem remotely tired. Has this happened to anyone before?? He isn't crying so I don't think he is sick or anything, but I am exhausted!!!
