What is the BEST (but cheap) flat iron?

Not sure if they have them in the US but I bought a 'Wahl Cutek' from my hairdresser a few years ago and it works really well. I also have pretty straight hair naturally and it just makes it that bit more smooth and flat. Also a fairly reasonable price - much less than a ghd.
