Would you do this trade? Chris Carpenter/Kerry Wood/Felipe Lopez for Dustin Pedroia/Brian Wilson/Jon Lester?

The X factor in this trade is Chris Carpenter. Even coming back from DL he pitched well and I have a feeling he will keep on doing that...but other than that, I have no other reason to hold back. What should i do?
