When Partners dissolve an LLC, must the DBA's ociated with that LLC be dissolved also?

There is a civil case pending and the partners decided to dissolution the corporation. In the mean time, 2 of the partners continue to do business under one of the company's DBA's, and have locked out the third partner who was a 50% owner of the LLC. Can I make them stop doing business?
