Does my ex girlfriend need space?

alright so we have been broken up for about 2 and half months now she broke up with me ive been heartbroken. well she has seem to changed or well her personality has.She is more rebellious and doesnt care to much about my feeling and hasnt really since we broke up she likes the single life i guess she kinda flirts and stuff. So she has told my friend she has been mean to me on purpose so i wouldnt like her i guess. So should i just do no contact for awhile i mean she seems like she doesnt want me around at all she has told me she wants to be friends but she doesnt talk to me at events and ignores me. So if i dont talk to her till like july then try to rekindle us would that help with her anger against me or i think she doesnt want the feelings to be back we used to be in love she even said she loved me while we dated. its just i still like her and when i see her i just think about us and what we used to be and now she doesnt talk to me
