LOST, with no ideas for my daughter,, HELP!!?

Ok so here's the thing, Im am looking for ideas on things i can do with my 2 1/2 old besides going to the par (its cold out). I am only 19 and I feel like I have my hands full and am out of ideas.It saddens me because I know she is so lonely and bored, she just watches a lot of television and when she gets into things I get so mad but i know its because she is bored. please help im desperate for answers.
