Please interpret my dream...?

I saw a calendar, like one big page with the twelve months of the year, except it had missing months which someone was drawing/writing those with black ink and there was some red in there too. And it was in japanese or chinese ( i don't understand any of these languages) but it looked really well, really pretty. Then there was a conversation going on about swine flu in the room next to where i was about how people a lot more people were getting sick. And right after that i looked at the (half) calender and then my finger (the nail part) was bleeding (but i didn't feel any pain) it was more like a moving image. But in the dream i just knew (because i was left with a strong impression while watching that man who was creating the calender)that calendar had some sort of philosophical/spiritual meaning to it. That was the whole point of why that person was making it by hand.
