Safe eyes and older IM's?

my boyfriend's dad used a program called "safe eyes" which is like a blocking access for parents to filter their kid's computer use. he said on friday that he found a feature with safe eyes that lets him read IMs. is is possible for him to read our IMs (aim- AOL instant messanger) from months or weeks ago?
