Is the whole world afraid off Russia?

Now is the time for the United Nations to prove they can do something other than be corrupt and demand money from the USA. Why do so many have a problem saying that Russia has declared war on and invaded Georgia? They are not on the "brink" of war as soon as they started bombing, rolling tanks into the country or killing Georgian troops and civilians. What if this was Poland or Czechslovokia. It is time for the world to express their condemnation, not say they are "disappointed" as a certain candidate, that backed down from calling it an "invasion" earlier, did yesterday. For a history lesson, Kruschev was going to nuke teh USA when JFK took office because Kruschev thought (fact didn't matter, it was the perspective) unlike Eisenhower, JFK didn't have the guts to fight back, only his generals convinced Kruschev they lacked teh superiority they needed, so after the Bay of Pigs fiasco that is why Kuruschev moved missiles into Cuba, not to threaten, but to ATTACK. Being President requires more than expressing "disappointment" when a democratic, free, ally of the USA is overun by an agressor. I'm not pushing for war, peer pressure of other nations together are supposed to maintain world peace, well, WHERE ARE THEY? PS - Putin wants to put bombers in Russia, they have never stopped aiming their missiles at us, just replaced old missiles and warheads with new ones, built new underground civil defense and command centers while we have abandonned ours. So who is the warmonger?
