Why isn't Communion considered a Cannibalistic ritual?

Yes, I think so, when I do receive our Lord Jesus in Holy Communion, I truly believe that I do receive His true Body and Blood. when I was a child, I thought of it as His ear. I could eat His ear. Because they told me that every part of the host or His body was given to me. Now, as an older and more educated person, I imagine the the host is a 3 month fetus, that wold be the size of a three month fetus, the size of the host. Yes, I actually eat the Body and drink the Blood of Jesus, I guess that is cannibalism, but I try not to use that term, it has a lot of negative connotations
